Fishing Notes |
---|
Today was a great first trip back with clients. It felt good to be back in the swing of things again. We started and finished in the Honey Creek area today. We were done in 2 hours or so and had 2 limits of fish. We were using a red and white jig today. The water is clean and the fish are getting into the brush piles really good. We caught a ton of shorts but was able to catch 30 keepers easily today. We would catch a few keepers and once we started catching short fish, we went on to the next brush pile. All of the brush we caught fish out of was in 20-30 foot of water. The bite is phenomenal right now. The fish are defiantly in a summer pattern and will continue to do this all summer. Now is the time to get out there and enjoy some great Grand Lake Crappie Fishing. |
